Pantserzhanskiy was born in Liepāja, Latvia the son of a Polish nobleman and studied at the Riga Technical University.
After several internships in Leipzig and Offenbach he became Carl Ludwig Moll’s assistant at the Technical University of Riga.
He studied at the Riga Technical University from 1902 to 1905 and at the Techniche Hochschule Dresden from 1906 to 1908.
In 1896 Rosenbaum began his studies in chemistry and architecture at Riga Polytechnic Institute in Riga.
Kukk finished the Tartu High School of Sciences, studied in the Commerce Department of the Riga Polytechnical School in 1904-1910 and got additional education in Germany, graduated with the diploma of first degree.
From 1875 to 1887, Felsko was an assistant to the professors Johannes Koch and Gustav Hilbig at Riga Polytechical Institute.
He graduated from Riga Polytechnical Institute (now Riga Technical University) in 1974 with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
In 2000, a resident of Rundēni Janis Alnis (known Latvian specialist of missile construction, professor of Riga Polytechnic Institute) cleared the local hill from the garbage.
As a student in Riga, he studied at the Riga Technical University and was a member of the Polish student fraternity Arkonia.
