Eduard Pantserzhanskiy

Pantserzhanskiy was born in Liepāja, Latvia the son of a Polish nobleman and studied at the Riga Technical University.

Engelbert Arnold

After several internships in Leipzig and Offenbach he became Carl Ludwig Moll’s assistant at the Technical University of Riga.
