Alexei Kornienko

In 2006, in collaboration with his wife, Elena Denisova, he recorded Wien um 1900 ("Vienna around 1900"), a CD of original violin music by Robert Fuchs, Pavel Singer and Alexander von Zemlinsk, which was issued by Gramola Vienna and brought them international recognition.

Edmund Eysler

He was supposed to enter the engineering profession, but his acquaintance with Leo Fall led him to study music at the Vienna Conservatory, where he studied composition under Robert Fuchs, and became educated as a piano teacher and Kapellmeister.
