Arkhangelsk Gospel

In early December 1876 the manuscript was brought to Moscow by a peasant from Arkhangelsk regon and was acquired by a Rumyantsev Museum trustee, merchant, old believer S. T. Bolshakov.


Philipp Schall von Bell

In 1823, the tomb of Werner Schall von Bell was discovered in the mud of Yakimanka District, and since then was preserved, first in Rumyantsev Museum and now in Moscow Kremlin.
