Fun's second album, Some Nights saw the band score their first #1 hit single, "We Are Young", which Dost co-wrote with Ruess, Antonoff, and Jeff Bhasker, who is the band's producer.
Their first song/video was released immediately after their formation, entitled "Eight Nights," and is a Hanukkah parody/mashup of three songs: "Some Nights" by Fun, "Die Young" by Ke$ha, and "Live While We're Young" by One Direction.
The last song of the "Kool" format was "Last Dance" by Donna Summer with the first song of the "Roxy" station being "Some Nights" by Fun.
