Jorge Zamacona

Zamacona's St. Elsewhere co-writer Tom Fontana was the series executive producer and show runner.

Zamacona began working for television in 1984 as a writer for the second season of medical drama St. Elsewhere.

Josiah Bartlett

A "Dr. Josiah Bartlet" was also referred to (as a historical Boston medical practitioner) in a 1986 episode of the hospital drama series St. Elsewhere.

Rebel Love

Knox, who first gained fame as the villainous Dr. Peter White on the series St. Elsewhere, later starred for three years as the lead character on the popular series Tour of Duty, a Vietnam War drama.
