Exopack Advanced Coatings (EAC) is a division of Exopack Holding Corp, owned by Sun Capital Partners, a private investment firm.
In August, Sun Capital Partners and Art Gallo purchased the remaining assets of GENICOM, including the operations in Chantilly, Waynesboro and McAllen.
The company was listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange until 2010, when it was acquired by Sun Capital Partners.
