Suzuki Wagon R

The Maruti Wagon R is an Indian version of the international Suzuki Wagon R, manufactured and sold by Suzuki's Indian subsidiary Maruti Suzuki.

In Indonesia, the car is called Suzuki Karimun and offered with a 1000 cc (until 2006) and 1100 cc (2007 onwards) petrol engine, whilst in China it forms the base for both the Changhe-Suzuki Big Dipper (Beidouxing) and Changhe-Suzuki F-MPV.

Through the end of September 2005, the plant had a cumulative production volume of 849,000 vehicles: 465,000 Suzuki Swift (first generation) through March 2003, 187,000 Suzuki Wagon R+, 137,000 Suzuki Ignis and 60,000 Suzuki Swift (second generation).

Suzuki Wagon R+ (2000–2007) – A rebadged version was produced in Poland, as the Opel Agila.
