Sohn Kyung-han has been the law specialist in the field of Intellectual Property Law, International Trade Law, Technology law, Information Society Law, Sports law, Entertainment Law, and international arbitration.
Established in 1980 by Sir Roy Goode, its mission is to develop a body of knowledge and skills in the areas of commercial law —- arbitration, intellectual property, taxation, financial law, banking law, information technology law and European law —- that can be placed at the service of government, public bodies, overseas institutions, the legal profession, industry and commerce.
The Institute of Technology Law maintains a cooperative relationship with John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois, and provides a cross-campus program which, upon fulfillment of successful completion of sufficient credit hours, awards the degree of master of law from ITL, together with an LL.M. degree from John Marshall Law.
Promises to Keep: Technology, Law, and the Future of Entertainment is a book written by William Fisher, the WilmerHale Professor of Intellectual Property at Harvard Law School and the faculty director of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society. It was released by Stanford University Press in August 2004.
