"Shooting Stars" contains a diss towards Chris Brown and mention his domestic violence case with Rihanna, as well as other pop stars Bruno Mars and Lady Gaga at the Staples Center during the Grammy Awards.

The video was directed by special effects artist Roy Knyrim, who had previously directed Insane Clown Posse in Death Racers and Chronicles of the Dark Carnival.

In 2009 the group featured on the track "I Shot A Hater" performed by Insane Clown Posse & Twiztid on DJ Clay's album "Let Em Bleed Volume 4" and in 2012, Three 6 Mafia was featured on the Insane Clown Posse's track "Night Of The Chainsaw (Joe Strange Remix)", the song can be found on the "White Pop Edition" of The Mighty Death Pop (Mike E. Clark's Extra Pop Emporium).
