A product of Valencia CF's youth system he made his debut with the first team on 11 November 2010, against UD Logroñés for the season's Copa del Rey, scoring two goals in a 4–1 home win (7–1 on aggregate).
A product of hometown's UD Logroñés he signed a contract with Racing de Santander in 2010, and made his first-team debut on 13 December 2011, starting in a 3–2 home win against Rayo Vallecano for the season's Copa del Rey (eventual 6–6 aggregate win).
