A native of Doncaster, England (in Yorkshire), Millward started playing drums in the brass bands which are traditional in Northern England, and also played in Thumper and other groups in England before joining Honeychurch in 2004.
He has also done some extraordinary work for Brass bands in the UK, not least arranging the entire score of Mozart's "The Magic Flute" and Beethoven's 3rd symphony for brass band, as well as frequently conducting bands in Wales and Sweden (Gothenburg).
For children there is a Santa's house and more special themed events including a lantern parade; for adults there are daily live performances from local artists such as string and brass bands, soloists and school choirs at a central stage, and an opening ceremony with the original Christkind from Christkindlesmarkt Nuremberg, the City of Philadelphia's Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and a German American weekend.
