After Eychaner sold the station to Clear Channel in 1999, the company swapped the formats of KCCQ and KKDM, resulting in KKDM becoming "Kiss 107" and KCCQ becoming "Channel Q".

WMGF

It had seems like the station had re-adopted Clear Channel's Premium Choice somewhere in Spring 2013, which had the station lean towards the Adult Top 40 direction again like it did in early 2011.

As such, the station adopted Clear Channel's Premium Choice and synced the station's playlist with it 24/7 which made the station sounded like it's leaning towards the Adult Top 40 direction by the beginning of 2011.

WQSR

After playing songs at CBS Radio's Baltimore studios such as "End of the Road" by Boyz II Men, R.E.M.'s "It's the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)" and "Goodbye Stranger" by Supertramp at roughly 11:57PM, the station went to dead air as Clear Channel officially took control over the station.

Anne Hudson

(For a time, Live Nation and WWVA were both owned by Clear Channel Communications, but Live Nation was spun off from Clear Channel shortly before WWVA canceled the Jamboree, ending the relationship between the two.

Julie Tristan

Tristan, a St. Louis native, also worked at Clear Channel Radio-Total Traffic as a traffic reporter and voice-over talent for Oldies 103.3 KLOU-FM, KMJM-FM Magic 104.9 & KATZ-AM Gospel 1600.

KIOZ

The Mikey Show replaced Howard Stern on the KIOZ lineup in 2004 after Clear Channel Communications, KIOZ's current parent company forced the cancellation of Stern's morning show from the six Clear Channel-owned stations that carried it, owing to the "Nipplegate" incident at Super Bowl XXXVIII.

KJR-FM

Clear Channel bought the station in May 2002, and on May 29 at 6 PM, after playing "Last Dance" by Donna Summer, the station started stunting with "Quick 96", where the station played 1200 10-second clips of certain songs from any given genre.

KLOL

In the fall of 2007, KLOL redesigned their entire look, changing their format to more contemporary latino pop music under the direction of Clear Channel's Senior VP Alfredo Alonso.

KUFX

These limits were imposed when Clear Channel was officially taken private by Bain Capital and Thomas H. Lee Partners on July 30, 2008.

KWNW

They are also the fifth Clear Channel outlet to adopt the "Radio Now" moniker, following 105-7 Hit Music Now/Greensboro, Y102.3 Hit Music Now/Augusta, 97.3 Radio Now/Milwaukee (whose logo is the same as KWNW) and Radio Now 98.9/Louisville.

Ryan Jay

Ryan was the co-host of Clear Channel's PRIDE Radio with Ryan & Caroline, the first nationally syndicated radio talk show targeted to the LGBT community.

Spider Harrison

Next Spider Harrison answered the call to replace the legendary John R. (John Richbourg) on his retirement from the 50,000 watt clear channel Class A station, WLAC (often referred to as Randy's Record Mart of Gallatin TN) in Nashville.

Tom Athans

On June 8, 2005, Democracy Radio sold its stake in The Ed Schultz Show to a new company headed by veteran radio executive Randy Michaels, the former CEO of Clear Channel Radio.

WBTC

Unlike most radio stations in the Northeastern United States assigned to the clear-channel frequency of 1540 kHz (all of whom must sign off at sunset to protect KXEL in Waterloo, Iowa and/or ZNS-1 in Nassau, Bahamas) WBTC has 5 watts of night power assigned, but signs off nightly at 9:00 p.m., give or take live sports play-by-play events.

WHJA

The call letters at 99.3 MHz changed to WHER "Eagle 99" playing Classic rock following the acquisition by Clear Channel.

WKGE

The station uses a very complex directional array to protect adjacent clear-channel stations WHAS in Louisville and CJBC in Toronto.

WKJW

The station now must power down to 97 watts at night to protect clear-channel CFRB in Toronto.

WMGF

When Clear Channel had another round of lay-offs through their stations in Fall 2012, the station's Programming Director was let go, therefore the station morphed back into a Mainstream AC under a new PD in which it had the station emphasis less on softer 70s, 80s, and 90s music by Spring 2013.

WQLH

Cumulus swapped WQLH and four other Green Bay stations to Clear Channel in 2009 in exchange for two Cincinnati radio stations; however, Cumulus continued to operate the stations.

WRGV

For three years after the September 11, 2001 attacks, the station played breaking news bulletins every hour on top of the hour (first provided by ABC News, then by Clear Channel Worldwide News), as well as "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the start and close of each workday.

WTVN's programming generally follows the standard format for Clear Channel's news/talk stations, carrying primarily Premiere Networks talk programming, including The Rush Limbaugh Show, The Glenn Beck Program and Coast to Coast AM live and The Sean Hannity Show on tape delay.

WVBZ

The station is a part of Clear Channel's cluster in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem market and is licensed to Clemmons, North Carolina.

WXBT

WVOC had a talk radio format with syndicated shows, mostly from parent Clear Channel's Premiere networks, including Rush Limbaugh, Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, Matt Drudge, Adam Bold, and Coast-to-Coast AM.
