The Climax Springs Fire Tower is a fire tower located by Climax Springs, Missouri on Route 7.
It is, however, one of only three remaining lookout towers in the park (not including the fire tower of Mount Cammerer), the other two being at Mount Sterling and Shuckstack.
It was established in April 1910 without a fire tower, as the summit of Lyon Mountain was bare at that time.
On 1 January 1988 the Mount Lofty Fire Tower was beamed live around Australia on Channel 9 television as part of the Australia Live broadcast to celebrate the Australian Bicentenary.
