The Color LaserWriter is a line of PostScript four-color laser printers manufactured by Apple Computer in the mid-nineties and compatible with PCs and its own Macintosh line of computers; by the use of an 10baseT Ethernet port it was also able to connect to large networks.
They were used in everything from UPC checkout scanners, video disc players to medical and monitoring technologies and laser printers.
Recent features have covered new developments by Quark and Adobe in creating iPad magazines, benchmark tests of the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptops, and group tests of personal color laser printers.
