The orchestra has collaborated in the past with the singer Sapho (France), Omar Faruk Tekbilek (Turkey), Thom Yorke of Radiohead (UK), Radiodervish (Lebanon/Italy), London Sinfonietta (UK), Hind Laroussi (Netherlands) and even the Israeli progressive death metal band Orphaned Land.
The title track was covered by Swedish progressive death metal band Opeth and featured on their special edition issue of Watershed in 2008.
Khaooohs and Kon-Fus-Ion is the third and final album by avant-garde progressive death metal band Pan.Thy.Monium released in 1996.

He was originally guitarist for a multitude of underground bands including Xerox Girls (pop punk - 1992), Photographing Girls (psychedelic pop/rock - 1992-4), Three Days By Camel (Instrumental/experimental 1993-4), Salem Orchid (death/black/psychedelic metal 1994 - precursor to Akercocke) and eventually turned bassist with indie rock band Fosca and latterly British progressive death metal band Akercocke from 1997-2007 with whom he recorded four full length studio albums.
A picture of the Palladian bridge located in the Prior Park Landscape Garden is used as the cover art for the progressive death metal band Opeth's second album Morningrise.
