Lisa Martine Kehler (née Langford; born 15 March 1967 in Wednesfield, Staffordshire) is a female race walker from England, who twice competed for Great Britain at the Summer Olympics (1992 and 2000).
In 2005 at the age of 14, Franco won the 10,000 meter race walk at the Pan American Junior Athletics Championships in Windsor, Canada, setting a new record in the event.
A three-time Asian Race Walk Champion, she is a former national record holder and the second fastest Japanese race walker after Masumi Fuchise.
