Heinz Norden (born London, 1905, died London, 1978 from injuries sustained in hit-and-run traffic accident) was an author, translator, tenant rights leader, and editor of Heute.
The paper was founded by John Francis Maguire under the title The Cork Examiner in 1841 in support of the Catholic Emancipation and tenant rights work of Daniel O'Connell.
In the 1872 Galway County by-election, Duggan organized support for Captain (later Lieutenant-Colonel) John Philip Nolan who was favourably disposed towards tenant rights.
