The night the Titanic struck the iceberg, they went on deck, and were subsequently both told to board lifeboat #7, which was ultimately picked up by the RMS Carpathia.
Frank and his mother were rescued by the Carpathia in Collapsible C. As the Carpathia headed to New York City, Emily Goldsmith entrusted her son into the care of one of the surviving firemen from the Titanic, Samuel Collins, asking Collins if he would look after her son to get his mind off of the sinking.
Joseph Zupicich (October 1893 – April 11, 1987) was a crewmember on the RMS Carpathia when RMS Titanic survivors came on board on April 15, 1912.
He had been buried and crushed in the rubble of the GC headquarters complex and his mother was calling him home, when he heard a voice - Carpathia's - calling out: "LEONARDO, COME FORTH!" in imitation of a command that Jesus Christ gave to Lazarus.
Later, at about 11:30, he insisted, "We hope that reports from the Virginian and the Parisian will prove to be true, and that they will turn up with some of the passengers (other than those already aboard the Cunard liner Carpathia)."

Daniels was only 18 when the Titanic struck an iceberg and sank on 15 April 1912, and survived by clinging onto an upturned collapsible boat which was rescued by the Carpathia hours later.
Based in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, the company was responsible for some of the greatest ships of the early 20th century — most famously, the RMS Mauretania which held the Blue Riband for the fastest crossing of the Atlantic, and the RMS Carpathia which rescued the survivors from the RMS Titanic.
William made a return trip to England in June 1900 to marry Julitta M. Dawson, with the entire family, parents James and Ann, and William and Julitta, arriving from Liverpool on 10 June 1904 aboard the Carpathia.
