Bjarne Ivar Fiskum (born 27 August 1939 in Harran, Grong, Nord-Trøndelag, Norway) is a Norwegian violinist, conductor and composer, and the son of the orchestra leader Ottar Fiskum.
A vicar's daughter, Ottar was born as Elise Ottesen, the 17th of 18 children, in the municipality of Høyland (incorporated into Sandnes in 1965) in Rogaland county, Norway.

Several versions of the Brut y Tywysogion record that an Óttar based in Dublin, and described as the "son of the other Óttar," was active fighting as a mercenary in Wales in 1144.
