Over the years, Lúčina has sponsored the Cleveland area performance of several Slovak Fok Ensemble including Terchovska Muzika in 1987, Oravan in 1991, and Šarišan in 1990, 1992, and again in 1995.
Šarišan is Slovak folk music ensemble that was founded in 1967 in the town of Veľký Šariš (Great Šariš) from which the group's name derives.

The ensemble currently is run by the Park kultúry a oddychu (The Center of Performing Arts) in Prešov.
