David Emanuel Wahlberg (September 9, 1882 – March 7, 1949) was a Swedish sports writer and editor who covered the 1912 Summer Olympics.
It was his involvement with the Eastern Carolina League that cost him his amateur status and his Olympic medals.
He was the manager of the Australian Olympic teams for the 1908 London games, the 1912 Stockholm games, and the 1932 Los Angeles games.
The 1912 Summer Olympics were opened to female divers and swimmers but he refused to allow American women to participate.
He won two gold medals, once each in the men's singles and doubles at the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm.
