As head coach of the junior national team of Yugoslavia (players born in 1970), Vujošević won the 1988 European Under-18 Championship in Titov Vrbas and Srbobran.
With Italy's junior national teams, he played at the 2007 FIBA Europe Under-16 Championship and the 2008 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship.
He also worked as a youth coach for the Turkey national youth football team, collecting a European under-18 championship medal in 1992.
He was also a head coach of junior national team of Serbia (under-18s) and has won the gold medal at the 2009 FIBA Europe Under-18 Championship in France.
