The 2004 Dubai Duty Free Men's and Women's Tennis Championships was a tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates that was part of the International Series Gold of the 2004 ATP Tour and of Tier II of the 2004 WTA Tour.
It was the first all-American final in the WTA Tour since the 2009 WTA Tour Championships and the first on American soil since Los Angeles in 2004.
