She currently works with Radio Sport New Zealand and is a Sky TV commentator for Sky Sport 1's live netball coverage of the ANZ Championship and international tests, along with former Silver Ferns Tania Dalton and Anna Stanley, and with co-Australian national representative Natalie Avellino; she also co-hosts the weekly netball show On Court with Stanley.
After the National Bank Cup was replaced by the ANZ Championship in April 2008, Foster was replaced as coach of the Christchurch-based Canterbury franchise by Helen Mahon-Stroud.
A member of the Fijian national netball team, Tagicakibau is currently playing in the ANZ Championship for the Central Pulse.
She currently works as a netball commentator on SKY Sports for international tests, the ANZ Championship and National Championships, alongside former internationals Anna Stanley, Natalie Avellino, Kathryn Harby-Williams and Bernice Mene.
For the 2011 ANZ Championship season, she has signed with the Melbourne Vixens following changes to player eligibility rules.
In the 2008 ANZ Championship, Bulley became one of the main defenders in the Swifts line up along with Kimberly Purcell and Selina Gilsenan after Liz Ellis (retired in 2007) and Mo'onia Gerrard (played for Adelaide Thunderbirds) left the Swifts.
