The 1976 hit song "Afternoon Delight" by Starland Vocal Band was inspired by the spicy happy hour menu at Clyde's of Georgetown.
"The Channel 4 News Team" is Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, and David Koechner (in character as Ron Burgundy, Brian Fantana, Brick Tamland, and Champ Kind, respectively), performing a cover of "Afternoon Delight", originally performed by Starland Vocal Band.
Some of their most well-known songs include "Call Me Jersey," "Birthday Girl," and their pop rock cover to the Starland Vocal Band 70's hit "Afternoon Delight" (contracted with S1 Songs, a music publishing company).
