In 1981 the airline changed its name to AirCal and adopted a bright new logo and image, including a new wardrobe for its employees by noted fashion designer Mary McFadden.
Holiday Airlines Lockheed L-188 Electras served Lake Tahoe in the 1960s and early 1970's, followed by Pacific Southwest Airlines (PSA) and Air California (later AirCal) Electras.
