Anne Milgram was confirmed by a 37-1 Senate vote to succeed Rabner as Attorney General.
In 2008-2010, he took a leave of absence to serve as Assistant Attorney General and Counsel to New Jersey Attorney General Anne Milgram and led several departments, including the Juvenile Justice Commission and the Civil Rights Division.
