A very important part of his life was when he stayed at the Salesian house in Arese, where he worked for nearly twenty years.

Production was split between the Alfa Romeo plant in Arese and Carrozzeria Bertone's plants in Caselle and Grugliasco outside Turin.
He painted also in Palazzo Borromeo Arese at Cesano, Reatis' Palace in Lissone and in the fourth chapel of the Sacri Monti and covered the vaults of the Basilica of San Vittore in Varese.
