Aripo

The Aripo Valley, a valley in the Northern Range immediately to the west of the Arima Valley

Asa Wright Nature Centre

The Nature Centre in 2001 acquired the Rapsey Estate, known as 'El Naranjo' in the Aripo Valley, just west of the Arima Valley for TT$3,3 million.

Cumuto

Cumuto is the site of the Aripo Savannas Scientific Reserve, an area which contains one of the last remaining areas of natural savanna in Trinidad and Tobago.

Justicia flaviflora

Specifically, it is only known from several locations in the Heights of Aripo, one of the highest points in Trinidad's Northern Range.
