The two main centers are located at Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania and in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, with the sister institution Arsha Vidya Ashram located in Rishikesh and over 60 other centres in India and abroad.

Tiwari spent three years at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam in Saylorsburg, PA before relocating to Dayananda Ashram in her motherland of Rishikesh, India where she received her diksha as a sannyasin from her guru.
