The station was built to serve the Godrej Industries Complex which houses several Godrej factories and IT companies like Accenture, Atos, Capgemini, WNS etc.

Before taking on their roles, the new ATOs underwent survival, evasion, resistance and escape (SERE) training, physical conditioning, various airmanship programs, field training at Jacks Valley and audited academic courses.
Atos Wirtanen was a close friend of Tove Jansson and a model for the Snufkin character, whose green hat is borrowed from Wirtanen.
The service is dedicated to Atos employees for their business travel needs at the company's headquarters in Bezons, France.
