Apostol Petkov (May 6, 1869, Boymitsa, today in Paionia, Greece - August 2, 1911, Giannitsa, today Greece) was a Bulgarian revolutionary and one of the leaders of the revolutionary movement in Aegean Macedonia.
In the entrance hall are the prehistoric finds from the excavations at Tsaousitsa and Axiohori, and occasional finds (stone statuettes and amulets) from Pedino, Gallikos, and Axioupoli.
This short international connection is now disused, with all international traffic being routed via Eidomeni and Gevgelija.
