The Royal College of Music devised its own BMus course which (uniquely among conservetoires) it was entitled by Royal Charter to award.
In 1936 while at St. Matthew's, he earned an external BMus from Durham University.
Henry Thomas Pringuer DMus(Oxon), BMus(Oxon), FCO (23 February 1852 - 26 October 1930) was an English composer, organist and one of the first examiners for Trinity College, London.
However, on 27 November 1510 he supplicated for the degree of BMus at Oxford University, proposing for his examination an oration on the volumes of Boethius, and the submission (and performance) of a mass and an antiphon.
She is the main piano accordion tutor at the World Music Centre, University of Limerick, Ireland and a regular tutor at the BMus Degree in folk and traditional music at Newcastle University and The Sage Gateshead.
After leaving the academy he studied privately in Paris with Marguerite Long, while also taking an external BMus degree from Durham University.
