Hall was supposed to join Papa Bue's Band to tour Germany, he even had signed the contract and despite knowing about his popularity in Germany, Hall ended up touring with Yves Montand through Canada and the US.
In 2006, they played again in BUE Festival, this time sharing screen with Beastie Boys, Patti Smith, Daft Punk, TV on the Radio, Elefant and many others.
