He persuaded his Afzal ul-Ulema Degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the Arabic Department of University of Calicut, Kerala.

Two years after, in 1996 he was honored with the Post Doctoral Fellowship from the University of Calicut.

Bahauddeen Muhammed's Doctoral Research (PhD) was completed in 1994 from the Department of Arabic, University of Calicut.

After completing the primary level education, Nadwi did his first Diploma in Arabic Teachers Examination offered by Government of Kerala in 1971.
