The popularity of Purple helped boosting his own career, and since then he has been working with art direction and design consultancy for, among others, Louis Vuitton, the Venice Biennale, Le Figaro’s fashion guide, Fabien Baron, Colette, Balenciaga, Céline, Cosmic Wonder, and Zucca.
She has also collaborated with fashion house Balenciaga in designing displays for their fashion boutiques in New York and Paris.

In the early 2000s the conceptual New York label Slow and Steady Wins the Race, founded by the Chinese-American designer Mary Ping, offered a range of consciously affordable bags deliberately based on It Bags by Balenciaga, Dior and Gucci, but made in inexpensive calico with metalwork from hardware stores mirroring the original bags' exclusive designer fittings.
Since then, she has modelled for designer labels including Balenciaga, Calvin Klein, and Marc Jacobs and been photographed for the campaigns of Burberry and Gap.
She was then ushered to Paris and Milan to make her first fashion show appearance in the Spring Fendi and Balenciaga shows.
