Bodo Sperlein for Nikko products are available in retailers such as Barneys, Liberty, Fortnum & Mason, Le Bon Marché, Mitsukoshi, Takashimaya, and Isetan, as well as many international Michelin starred restaurants.
She recently appeared in the F/W 2010 Jean Paul Gautier campaign and has appeared in campaigns for H&M, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Saks Fifth Avenue, Jean Paul Gautier, Jimmy Choo, Barneys, Dsquared, Zac Posen and Nordstrom.
The Icarius label enjoyed worldwide success and praise from the international press and buyers, and was immediately snapped up by such stores as Barneys, Neiman Marcus, Maria Luisa, Joseph, Selfridges, Joyce and Daslu.
For the first 150 years of the company, Kiehl's only ran one store with its products also selling in high-end department stores such as Neiman Marcus, Barneys, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue and Harvey Nichols.
It will have three seats on the seven-member board of directors, including former majority owner Istithmar World, new investor Yucaipa Companies, and Barneys's current C.E.O. Mark Lee.
