HSR-Benelli (personal watercraft), an Austrian-Italian manufacturer of personal watercraft
Gilberto Parlotti (17 September 1940 – 9 June 1972) was born in Zero Branco, Treviso, Italy and was an Italian motorcycle racer competing in the FIM World Championship between 1969 and 1972 racing with Benelli, Derbi, Morbidelli and Tomos motorcycles.
In 2007, Hydrospace changed their name to HSR-Benelli following the acquisition of Benelli Motori (related to, but unaffiliated with Benelli shotguns or Benelli motorcycles).
The major 1954 upgrade to the Manx was to have been a laid-down engine design, with lower centre of gravity – along the lines of the Moto Guzzi and Benelli racers.
