The building, designed by noted Chicago architect Bertrand Goldberg (best known for his iconic Marina City complex) featured his signature ultra-modern architecture, which made the tower a Phoenix architectural icon.
It was built in 1965 as the West Palm Beach Auditorium and was designed by famed architect Bertrand Goldberg.
