He has volunteered within the community with several organizations, including the Multiple Sclerosis Society, St. Joseph's Hospital, Brant Waterways Foundation, Big Brothers, Nova Vita Women's Services, and the minor hockey association.
Students take part in activities such as tutoring, serving food at food banks, Habitat for Humanity, Arrupe (hosted by St. Ignatius High School), Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and visiting patients at hospice homes like Malachi House.
A community and civic activist, Cianchette served as a director on the boards of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Maine and also served on the Republican National Committee and as director of the Greater Portland Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Boy Scouts of America/Pine Tree Council, the Portland Chamber of Commerce, the Southern Maine Community College Foundation, YES! to Youth.
Morales is currently the longest serving volunteer member of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Grant County.
The Company also makes annual donations to local, charitable organizations, including the Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Magee Rehabilitation Hospital, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Daemion House, the Brandywine Conservancy, and the Delaware S.P.C.A., among many others.
