Bill Miner

Miner was the subject of the 1983 Canadian film The Grey Fox, in which he was played by Richard Farnsworth.

Maple Ridge, British Columbia features the Billy Miner Pub which is located in historic Port Haney on the bank of the Fraser River.

He and his two accomplices, Shorty Dunn and Louis Colquhoun, were located near Douglas Lake, British Columbia after an extensive manhunt.
