Former Utah Jazz star Thurl Bailey attended Bladensburg, as did former NFL defensive end Ebenezer Ekuban.

Younger brother Thomas Preston Davis '71 (PG cross country and two mile champion), US Navy trauma surgeon, oversaw care for all of the survivors of the USS Cole bombing upon their return from Yemen.

Rogers Heights, Maryland

The area is served by Rogers Heights elementary school and Bladensburg High School; Elizabeth Seton High School (Catholic, girls-only) and the Bladensburg Community Center Park are also located in Bladensburg, immediately adjacent to Rogers Heights.
