Busick was involved in many feuds with the likes of Abdullah the Butcher, Bruiser Brody, Mr. Wrestling II, Joel Deaton and a host of other well known wrestlers.
His wrestling company was also responsible for inviting major American wrestling stars such as Randy Savage, Ric Flair, Bruiser Brody, Stan Hansen and others to wrestle in Puerto Rico.
With Rude, Darsow and the Road Warriors as his main stars, Sharkey was soon able to sign other wrestlers including Paul Ellering, Tom Zenk, Nikita Koloff, The Destruction Crew (Mike Enos & Wayne Bloom) and the Steiner Brothers (Rick & Scott Steiner) as well as Mad Dog Vachon, Bruiser Brody, Larry Cameron often making appearances.
The first Bruiser Brody Memorial Cup consisted of a three-day tour from July 15 to July 17, 2005 with shows at the Lenin Lopez Coliseum in Guayanilla, the Juan Ramón Loubriel Stadium in Bayamón, and the Wilfredo Toro Coliseum in Hormigueros, Puerto Rico.
