Bupyeong Metropolitan Prefecture (i.e. Buyeong Dohobu, 부평도호부) consisted of today's Bupyeong-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seo-gu(excepting Geomdan) in Incheon, Bucheon City in Gyeonggi, and western part of Guro-gu in Seoul.
Soon, along with teammates Lee Keun-Ho and Kim Seung-Yong, Ha formed the famous Bupyeong Trio, helping his school win three national competitions.
Besides, it roles as a traffic node in northern area of Bupyeong station with Gyeongin Expressway.
