C'est si bon

Betti was walking on the Avenue Jean Médecin in Nice in July 1947 when the first nine notes of the tune occurred to him.

Allan Sherman did a parody of "C'est si bon" in 1963 called "I See Bones", in which a doctor recounts what he sees in an X-ray.

On 25 February 1948, she participated in the first Nice Jazz Festival; during this first edition, she sings for the first time the song "C'est si bon" to a cabaret where Louis Armstrong ended his evening.
