Delfina Rizal Herbosa was born on December 20, 1879 in Calamba, Laguna to Mariano Herbosa and Lucia Rizal, sister of José Rizal, and she is of Spanish, Chinese and Japanese descent.
At the time he turned the City College of Calamba, (the new City Hall of Calamba for Mayor Binoy Lajara's term), Pamilihang Panlungsod ng Calamba and the Calamba Recreational and Institutional Complex.
The oldest is the reconstructed pre-war statue referred to as "Dalambanga" (literally meaning jar bearer) near the Molawin River, depicting a woman (sometimes interpreted as Makiling herself, and sometimes called "Maria Dalambanga") carrying a jar - a reference to the legend of how Calamba, Laguna got its name.
In 2002, SFACS-Calamba showed one of its largest productions in terms of participating students and costs based on several Disney animation classics.
