The estate has a history dating back to the 13th century and has seen many owners, but two families have strongly influenced the premises: those of Carl Gyllenstierna (1649–1735) and Axel von Fersen.
The court demanded she be investigated, and Arvid Horn, the queen dowager's priest Molin, Christina Piper, and several ladies-in-waiting Märta Berendes and Beata Sparre formed an alliance with Carl Gyllenstierna and unanimously repeated the demand.
