The Cascadia subduction zone (also referred to as the Cascadia fault) is a subduction zone, a type of convergent plate boundary that stretches from northern Vancouver Island to northern California.
The freetekno movement appeared in first half of the 1990s and is currently very strong in France, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Great Britain, Spain, Germany, Austria, Poland, Canada and Cascadia – the US Pacific Northwest.
These volcanoes are commonly referred to as Cascade volcanoes because they were formed by Cascadia subduction.
