Freshwater West (also known as Fresh West) is a beach near Castlemartin, Pembrokeshire in West Wales.
Thomas Tupper Carter was born on 15 September 1838, the third son of Admiral John Carter RN of Castlemartin and his wife, Julia Adery Georges.
