"Above Horizons" is a 2009 song by CeCe Peniston, and the official PTA anthem as a tribute to the families, teachers and communities who help children reach their dreams through the PTA, which resulted from the singer's role being named a National Ambassador of the US largest volunteer child advocacy organization.

Before Savage signed a recording contract, she parlayed success into gigs as a session musician, singer, and songwriter with artists such as CeCe Peniston and Tanya Blount, she co-wrote Peniston's number one Dance single "We Got a Love Thang".

Saison released a single with CeCe Peniston entitled "Reminiscin", which made the Billboard Charts under the "Powerpick Club Play" category, hitting number 30.
The second and enhanced remix set, simply entitled Remix Collection, mapped the Peniston's singles' career since her third release, "Keep On Walkin'", to "Hit by Love" single.
The composition was recorded for the Full Flava's second studio album Colour of My Soul on Dôme Records, that included eleven solo songs performed by several female vocalists (Carleen Anderson, Donna Odain, Beverlei Brown, Hazel Fernandes, Romina Johnson, Alison Limerick, CeCe Peniston, and Donna Gardier).
Full Flava are Rob Derbyshire and Paul Solomon, a Birmingham’s innovative production team assisted by backing singer Tee, that specialize in producing R&B and Soul records for many established artists such as Chantay Savage, Beverlei Brown, Ruby Turner, Carleen Anderson, Hazel Fernandes, Alison Limerick, CeCe Peniston, and Donna Gardier.
